Return Window

● You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

● Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags intact.

● Non-returnable items include: hygiene-related products, discontinued styles, or personalised items.

How to Start a Return

● Contact us at hello@chocoandfriends.com with your order number.

● Once approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label (if applicable).

Costs & Refunds

● Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility (unless the return is due to a defect or our error).

● Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

● Refunds are issued to your original payment method (minus return shipping, if applicable).

Exchanges

● If you need a different size or colour, we’re happy to swap - subject to stock availability.

● The customer covers any price difference or additional shipping fees.
