Hi, I’m Choco - and if there’s one thing I know, it’s how to keep tails wagging (and outfits looking fresh). Here’s how to care for your C&F gear so it stays as stylish and sturdy as the day it arrived:

General Care

● While most items are machine washable, I recommend a gentle hand wash with cold water for the best quality and longest life.

● If using a washing machine, always choose a delicate cycle and cold water.

● Use a mild detergent - harsh chemicals, bleach, or fabric softeners are not my friends (and not your pup’s gear’s friends either!).

● Do not tumble dry. Always air dry flat or hang in the shade.

Hardware & Details

● Avoid ironing directly over hardware or decorative elements.

● For faux-leather or suede parts, simply wipe with a damp cloth and dry immediately.

● Give your gear a quick check every so often - tighten buckles, check D-rings, and replace if needed.

Clothing (Tees, Hoodies, Jammies)

● Wash inside-out to protect prints and patterns.

● Stick to cold water + mild detergent.

● Hand washing = the paw-fect way to keep colours bright and fabrics soft.
